Formulated with witch hazel, rose water, and niacinamide, this toner minimizes the appearance of pores, calms minor irritation, and leaves a fresh, dewy finish. It is alcohol-free and non-comedogenic, making it suitable for combination and oily skin as well as normal types. How to use: After cleansing, saturate a cotton pad or pour a few drops into your palms and press gently onto face and neck. Use morning and night before serum. Can also be misted lightly over makeup for a midday refresh.
